Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Quotes, news, and other market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Data is obtained from third-party sources. We do not guarantee timeliness or correctness. Do not rely on the Service as your sole source for trading or investment decisions.

Voluntary contributions may be accepted through payment partners such as Razorpay or UPI. Contributions support the project and do not purchase financial advice, premium data guarantees, or investment products. All sales are final unless required by applicable law.

The Stock Dashboard name, design, and original content are owned by the operator. Third-party trademarks, logos, and data remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service or reliance on market information displayed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
